Fear is driving everything I do these days

Need to relearn things I have forgotten

Getting tired of acting like a grown up
Know I’m child at heart

Now I sit here wondering aloud
Where did the wild things go?
Thought I had a little sail boat
But it’s gone
Where did all the younger years go?
They’re just a fleeting memory
Can I still sail in and out of weeks
And almost over a year?
Till I get to an island in the sun
Where I’m happy all the time
Will I be declared the king
When the wild rumpus begins?
